Delivery terms

"Your order will be processed straight away". Lamp shades or lamp shade accessories supplied to mainland UK will normally be delivered within 3-7 workings days from placing your order. Lamp shades delivered to none mainland UK can take up to 10 working days from ordering. "Please note" all lamp shades are lovingly hand made by us Premier Lampshades LTD, this takes time and skill and is the reason why it can take 3 to 10 days for delivery depending on where you reside in the world. "A quality finish takes time, love and care and is always worth the wait" Our working hours are Monday to Friday 10 am to 4 pm, excluding any Bank or National Holidays. If no one is available to take delivery from our couriers or royal mail etc, a calling card will be left. You will then need to contact the couriers / royal mail etc to arrange a re-delivery date. If the courier / royal mail etc is still unable to deliver at this point, the goods will be returned to Premier Lampshades LTD. If you require a re-delivery, Premier Lampshades LTD reserve the right to charge these additional delivery costs. Should you wish to cancel the order at this point, Premier Lampshades LTD reserve the right to deduct from any refund the cost of the initial delivery charge plus extraneous costs incurred as a result of the goods being returned to Premier Lampshades LTD. "Please note" The customer is strictly required to examine the goods at the point of delivery and sign 'received in good condition'. If this is not possible please sign for stating 'unchecked' If the package is damaged please refuse delivery and the goods will be returned to Premier Lampshades LTD at no extra cost to the customer. Premier Lampshades LTD will then re-make and supply another lamp shade etc for re-delivery back to the customer.

Item Stocking terms:

We keep large stocks of lamp shade frames, fabrics, trimmings and accessories, However all fabric lamp shades are lovingly hand made by us Premier Lampshades LTD. This can take up to 10 days for delivery depending on where you reside in the world. "If you want the best it takes time love and care"

Returns, Refunds and cancellations terms:

Here at www.premierlampshades.co.uk we offer a 3 day money back guarantee for lamp shades and accessories, 'Please note' all lamp shades purchased from our lamp shade builder cannot be returned / refunded as they are specially made for you, also any bespoke drum lamp shades or personalised drum lamp shades cannot be returned / refunded because they are made specially for you * In the case of any of these being delivered damaged etc, Premier Lampshades LTD will accept them back and replace them with like for like at no extra cost to the customer. You must inform us via (telephone or email) within 3 days of delivery of any goods from the day the goods were delivered, to be returned, or if you wish to return any damaged or faulty goods. Premier Lampshades LTD are not responsible after this 3 day period. The date of delivery will be recorded by our couriers/royal mail etc. Once we have your request for a return our customer services will give you an authorisation number. Goods without a return authorisation number will not be accepted. All Goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all other associated components sent with them. Goods should be in an undamaged condition. The cost of returning the Goods and insuring them against loss or damage will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price if a collection is arranged by us Premier Lampshades LTD. Alternatively Goods can be sent back to Premier Lampshades LTD by your own method of transportation at your own delivery and insurance cost. 'Please note' customers have two days from payment received to cancel any hand made lamp shade orders or to make any alterations to the order. After this time the order will be in the process of manufacture and we cannot offer a refund after this time period due to the cost of manufacturing etc. Any discrepancy with any orders must be reported within 3 days from recorded delivery date. After this time period Premier Lampshades LTD reserve the right not to accept any returns and refund any payments received.

Premier Lampshades LTD are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not disclose any of your personal details to any third party. The information given by you at the time of order is in accordance with the 1998 data protection act and is used solely for the order process.
