Your order will be processed right away. Goods that are in stock will be dispatched within 3/5 working days. Goods that are out of stock may take up to 14 working days from receipt of order. In the unlikely event of Goods taking longer than the 14 working day period you will be contacted by Premier Lampshades and given the option to cancel without penalty. Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 3-5 workings days of placing your order. If the agreed delivery date cannot be met, you will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or cancel the order. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, excluding any Bank or National Holidays. If no one is available to take delivery from our couriers, a calling card will be left. If you do not contact the courier, one more delivery attempt will be made. If the courier is still unable to deliver after this point the Goods will be returned to Premier Lampshades. Please note you are strictly required to examine your Goods at point of delivery and sign 'received in good condition'. If the package is damaged please sign delivery paperwork 'accepted package damaged' or if you so wish refuse the delivery. Please always check your goods on delivery or if not given time please sign for as unexamined. If the packaging is damaged please sign accepted package damaged. If not satisfied please refuse the delivery, however if you sign for the package just with your name and the items are damaged etc and you have not signed for the package has one of the above we will subsequently not refund any money or pay for collection of goods. If you require re-delivery, Premier Lampshades reserve the right to charge these additional shipping costs. Should you wish to cancel the order at this point, Premier Lampshades reserve the right to deduct from any refund the cost of the initial delivery charge plus extraneous costs incurred as a result of the Goods being returned to Premier Lampshades.

We keep a large stock of items and all our fabric lampshades are hand-made. Should your item not be in stock we will contact you via email or phone (if you have chosen to leave such details) to inform you of the situation. Should you request to cancel your order, please read return conditions.
