Should your item not be in stock we will contact you via email or phone (if you have chosen to leave such details) to inform you of the situation. Should you request to cancel your order, a full refund will be given immediately |

Premier Lampshades are committed to providing excellent customer service. We accept that breakages happen and will offer a full refund to our customer if items are not satisfactory. Please report items faulty within 7 days of receipt either through email or by telephone.
Some items may have parts missing or have a part broken, please contact us and we can organise for replacement parts to be sent out.
